2 1/2 cups whole milk
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
2 T cornstarch
1/2 cup cold water
1 Tabasco
1 t Tabasco
teaspoon granulated chicken bullion
1 t Worcestershire
1/3 cup beer
In heavy saucepan, heat milk over low heat
until warm. Add cheese and stir with wire whisk or spoon until melted. In
small bowl, mix cornstarch and cold water. Stir into cheese mixture until
thickened. Add bouillon, Tabasco, Worcestershire and stir well. If lumps
present, strain. Add 1/3 cup beer and heat through, but do not boil. Serve
Hot.
