
3 Lbs. of chicken ( I bought Tyson's Pix
of Chick.....two legs, two thighs and two breast). You can use
anything that adds up to about 3 pounds
Wash and take off skin. Salt and
pepper chicken lightly.
In a pan that has a tight lid available,
add 1/2 stick of butter and small onion, chopped. Then add chicken
pieces and brown slightly.
Make a cup of chicken broth from the Knorr's
bouillon. When chicken is slightly browned, add chicken stock and the
liquor from one can sliced/broiled mushroom. Cover the pan and turn on
low heat for 45 to 60 minutes.
To 1/4 cup cold water add 2 Tablespoons
of flour and 2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet Remove chicken from pan and add
this mixture along with the mushrooms. Stir until it begins to thicken
and add 1 (8 oz.) carton Sour Cream
Serve over rice........
