1 pound lean ground meat
1/2 onion, chopped
1 6oz. can of tomato paste
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder,
basil, sugar to taste
Brown meat and onion and drain well.
Add tomato paste and rest of the above ingredients.. cook at least 10
minutes and it will be very thick.
1 egg
8 oz. carton ricotta cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese and about a half
cup of Mozzarella cheese
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
Stir egg into ricotta cheese and add the
parmesan cheese
Take rolls out of cartons and lay them
on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet and pinch together.... Spread meat sauce
down middle and then pour the ricotta cheese mixture down the meat sauce and
then sprinkle with Mozzarella. Pull up sides and pinch together well.
Cook about 10 to 12 minutes at 325 and then cover with a piece of foil
lightly to keep the rolls from burning and cook a little while longer.
Rub a piece of butter over the rolls when you take out of oven.
