
1 lb ground chuck
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
1 pkg elbow macaroni
1 t salt
1 t pepper
2 t sugar
Cook meat and drain. Salt, pepper and add
sugar to meat. Then add green pepper and onion. Cook about 5 minutes. Add
tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook on low heat 15-30 minutes. Serve over
cooked macaroni
