
1 can grand biscuits (8 count)
1 can tomatoes diced
1 chopped onion
1 tsp Cavender's Greek Seasonings
2 T Olive oil
2 cups grated Monterey Jack and jalapeno
cheese
Put can of biscuits in pie place.
Cook 5 minutes at 400 remove and press up the sides & in the center of the
plate to make crust.
Cook onion in oil until translucent
and add can of tomatoes. Cook just about 3 minutes and pour in crust. Top
with cheese & cook about 30 minutes at 350.
